# Clear terms _before any work._

Most projects start at a fixed price for an agreed piece of work. After launch, a small monthly plan keeps it running. If your product needs new work every month, we can plan that too.

01 The models

## Three ways to _work with us._

-   01 Most projects start here

    ### Fixed price project

    One price for an agreed piece of work.

    **When it fits:** You know what you need: a website, an app, an admin panel or an AI feature.

    **How it runs:** We agree on the pages, the features and the launch date in writing, and you get one price for that work.

    **Payment:** 40% to start, 30% at a milestone we agree at the start, often when the design is approved, and 30% at launch.

    **Changes:** Small additions during the build, like one more page, are part of the price. A new feature is bigger work, so we quote it on its own before we start on it.

-   02 First month free

    ### Monthly support

    Keeps your site or app running after launch.

    **When it fits:** After launch, on every project.

    **First month:** Every project gets its first month of support at no cost.

    **What it covers:** We keep it running, fix what breaks, apply updates, keep backups and make a few small edits each month, such as text, photos or prices.

    **Not included:** New pages and new features. We quote those separately.

    **Price:** A small monthly plan, agreed on a call once we know what you have.

    ### Monthly development

    New work every month for a product that keeps growing.

    **When it fits:** Your product keeps growing and you want new work done every month.

    **How it runs:** A fixed monthly fee for an agreed amount of work. At the start of each month we decide together what gets built.

    **Price:** Agreed on a call, based on how much work you need each month.

02 Every project

## What holds _on every one._

    ### A written estimate first.

    Every project is priced on its own, so there is no price list. You see the estimate before any work starts.

    ### The code is yours.

    Once the final payment is made, the code and the design belong to you.

    ### Changes after delivery are quoted.

    Once a project is delivered, every change is priced before we start on it.

    ### Running costs are separate.

    Hosting, domain names and any paid outside service the project uses, such as a payment gateway or an SMS provider, are paid separately.
