We turn that into a scope: what gets built first, what waits, and how long each part takes.
You approve: the scope, the estimate and the timeline.

Design
You see how it will look and work on a clickable prototype, before any code is written.
You approve: the design.

Build
We build in short rounds. At the end of each one you try the working software on a preview link.
You approve: each round, on the preview.
- 05
Launch
We put it live, show your team how to run it, and stay on to fix and improve it.
You approve: the launch, once you have tested it yourself.

NxtFoldS is small on purpose. There is no account manager between your decision and the code.

Nothing starts without a written scope.
What gets built first, what waits, the estimate and the timeline are agreed in writing before any work begins.

You try working software every round.
Each round of work ends on a preview link you can use yourself, so you never wait until launch to see the product.

You own everything at the end.
The code, the hosting accounts and the documentation belong to you.
